  • Snapshot imports or template behavior

  • System navigation or setup clarification

  • Errors or unexpected behavior inside the platform

  • Billing or account-related questions

Before submitting, please:

  • Be specific about the issue

  • Include the exact page, snapshot, or workflow name if applicable

  • Share screenshots or screen recordings when helpful

  • Submit one issue per ticket for faster resolution

Response Times & Communication

  • Support requests are reviewed Monday–Friday

  • Most tickets receive a response within 1–2 business days

  • Complex issues may require additional time for testing or review
